Working from the mitigation documentation, our estimators develop a comprehensive Xactimate scope covering every line item required to restore the property to pre-loss condition. We review this scope with you and your insurance adjuster to align on coverage before work begins.

You select replacement materials — flooring, paint colors, cabinet styles, fixtures, and finishes — with guidance from our project manager. Insurance typically covers “like kind and quality” replacement, and we help you understand where the policy coverage applies and where upgrade costs may fall to you.

When the scope of work requires building permits — common for structural, electrical, and plumbing work in Sarasota County, Manatee County, and Charlotte County — we handle all permitting. Our familiarity with local building departments in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and the surrounding communities keeps the process moving efficiently.

Our in-house crews execute the work on a managed schedule with regular progress updates. The dedicated project manager for your job is your single point of contact for questions, changes, and status. We maintain clean, organized job sites and respect your property throughout the process.

All permitted work passes municipal inspection. We conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you, create a punch list for any remaining items, and complete them promptly. Final documentation, lien waivers, and warranty information are provided, and we assist with insurance claim closure.
