WrightWay Emergency Services is growing because property owners need a team they can trust when things go sideways. We do urgent work, we stay accountable, and we help people recover after some of their hardest days.
If that kind of mission sounds better than punching a clock on forgettable work, this is the kind of company worth talking to.
We help families, property managers, and business owners move forward after water, fire, mold, and storm losses. The work is practical, fast-paced, and meaningful.
We want reliable people who keep improving. That means field mentoring, paid certifications when they fit the role, and a real path from helper to leadership.
Our team does not stop at cleanup. We coordinate emergency response, documentation, contents, and reconstruction, which gives employees a broader skill path than many restoration shops.
We want people who are serious about the work, and in return we try to build an environment where good people can earn more, learn more, and move up.
Strong hourly or salary compensation, overtime opportunities, and performance-based upside when you help the team move work forward.
We invest in certifications like WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT when they support the role and the person is ready to grow.
We are not looking for people to stay stuck in one lane forever. Strong performers can grow into more responsibility.
Health coverage, paid time off, and retirement-plan support for long-term team members who want to build a career here.
Better field equipment and cleaner process standards make the day go better for crews and improve the finished work for customers.
We want people who show up, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing the work the right way even when the job is hard.
We show up for our community, and we expect teammates to show up for each other with the same level of urgency.
Our crews walk into active losses, occupied homes, commercial properties, and job sites where customers need calm, speed, and clarity. That means the work is hands-on, customer-facing, and often time-sensitive.
We look for people who can stay steady under pressure, communicate like professionals, and take ownership of what is in front of them. Whether you come in with deep restoration experience or strong construction instincts and a willingness to learn, we want people who care about doing the work right.

We regularly look for restoration technicians, demolition and cleanup crew members, reconstruction trades, project coordinators, estimators, and operations support roles. Some openings are field-based and hands-on, while others focus on scheduling, documentation, customer communication, or project management.
Not always. Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, contents, or reconstruction is a strong plus, but we also look for people who show up reliably, work safely, communicate well, and want to build a long-term career. For the right candidate, we can train the process and help you grow into the role.
We invest in people who want to improve. That can include hands-on field mentoring, equipment and process training, and paid industry certifications like IICRC tracks when they fit the role. We want team members to grow from helper to technician, technician to lead, and lead to project or operations responsibility over time.
Because we provide emergency response, some roles involve early starts, rotating on-call expectations, overtime during active losses, or schedule changes when weather events hit. We try to set expectations clearly during hiring so candidates understand whether a role is standard daytime work, field-response work, or part of the emergency rotation.
The best fit is someone dependable, calm under pressure, coachable, and respectful with customers and teammates. This work is about more than labor alone. Our team enters homes and businesses on hard days, so professionalism, urgency, and ownership matter just as much as technical skill.
We had the best experience with Wrightway! We had a flooding incident from our AC system that seeped into the walls and under the laminate flooring. They were prompt, professional and did a great job drying out and cleaning up everything for us! We also had them do the repairs and we were 100% impressed with their work! Everyone we came in contact with in the office and into our home were respectful and knowledgeable. They worked with us on a great price! We can't say enough about a great experience during a stressful time! A special shout out to Alicia who was great to work with! Thank you all so much!
Verify on Google →Richie Correa with Wright Way was fantastic. He was punctual, efficient and educated me through the whole process of cleaning and sanitizing our air vents. Answered all my questions and was honest and knowledgeable with over 25 years experience. Highly recommend!
Verify on Google →Had a great experience with Wrightway. 3 weeks ago my townhouse had major water intrusion, wet drywall, and water everywhere. The HOA called them at 3pm and by 5pm the crew was onsite with dryers and tearing out the wet drywall. The techs wore shoe covers, were very professional, and made sure to cover and drape unexposed areas. Fernando the project lead called me every other day to keep me updated on the dry out and remediation. The had infrared moisture meters and some pretty high tech stuff. Fernando coordinated with the exterior work to fix the leak, and the interior drywall replacement. I have heard horror stories about remediation companies ripping people off, but this is absolutely not the case with Wrightway. They turned a horrible situation into nothing more than a mild inconvenience. 5 stars for everyone I came in contact with. Great job
