Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will never be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. The following practices apply specifically to information you provide when you opt in to receive text messages from WrightWay Emergency Services:

  • No sale or third-party marketing. Phone numbers and consent records collected through our SMS program are used solely to send you the text messages you have requested. They are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that third party’s own marketing.
  • Service providers only. We may share your phone number and SMS-related data with carefully selected service providers (such as our SMS messaging platform and related infrastructure vendors) strictly to deliver the messages you have opted in to.   • Rates. Message and data rates may apply as set by your mobile carrier.

Retention of Your Personal Data

WrightWay Emergency Services will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
