What WrightWay Does for Homeowners

From proactive property documentation to 24/7 emergency restoration, WrightWay is the single licensed contractor Southwest Florida homeowners call.

Two Ways WrightWay Serves Homeowners

Most restoration companies only show up after something goes wrong. WrightWay does both: we help homeowners document their property before a loss occurs, and we respond 24/7 when disaster strikes. Whether you want to be prepared or you're dealing with an active emergency, you're calling the same licensed contractor with the same team and the same phone number.

As a Florida-licensed General Contractor (CBC1253650) with offices in Nokomis, Longboat Key, and Fort Myers, we handle mitigation, reconstruction, and everything in between under one roof. That means one point of contact, one scope of work, and one accountable company from the first call through the final walkthrough.

The $99 Home Scan: Document Your Home in 3D

The single most useful thing you can do before disaster strikes is have a complete visual record of your home and everything in it.

What you get

  • Full-home interactive 3D model - explore every room from any device, anytime
  • Accurate room dimensions built into the model automatically
  • Insurance-ready documentation that shows your home and its contents exactly as they were before a loss
  • Shareable link delivered after the scan - share it with your adjuster, your contractor, or your family
  • Optional measured floor plan with labeled rooms and dimensions for an additional $49

A WrightWay technician comes to your home with a DocuSketch 3D camera, walks every room, and we do the rest. Most homes take under an hour. The flat fee is $99 with no hidden charges.

Why a 3D scan matters when you need to file a claim

Insurance claims move faster and settle more favorably when the homeowner can show an adjuster exactly what existed before the loss. Without documentation, disputes over square footage, finish quality, and contents are common. With a 3D scan on file:

  • Your adjuster sees the exact layout, finishes, and contents of your home as of the scan date
  • There is no argument about what materials were present or what grade of finish you had
  • Contents visible in the model can support personal property claims
  • Accurate room dimensions eliminate scope disputes over square footage

WrightWay is a restoration contractor, not a public adjuster. We cannot advise you on what your policy covers. What we can do is give you the documentation that makes your adjuster's job straightforward.

How WrightWay Documents Your Loss for the Insurance Process

The quality of your claim file determines how quickly your loss resolves. WrightWay produces documentation that matches what Florida's major carriers expect to see in a residential water, fire, or storm damage claim:

  • Xactimate-formatted line-item estimates - the industry standard estimating format that adjusters work from
  • Moisture mapping with meter readings at every test point - pre- and post-drying, with a daily log showing the drying curve
  • Psychrometric data - temperature, relative humidity, and specific humidity tracked at each monitoring visit per IICRC S500
  • Timestamped photo documentation - before, during, and after, organized by room and material type
  • Written scope of work for all materials removed, remediated, or damaged
  • Equipment placement records with model, capacity, and runtime hours

WrightWay is a licensed restoration contractor, not a public adjuster or attorney. We document your loss accurately and completely. What your policy covers is determined by your adjuster and your policy language - we give both of you the information needed to work through that process.

How Billing Works for Homeowners

WrightWay bills homeowners directly for restoration services. We are not a "bill the insurance company only" operation - we provide our scope of work and documentation to support your claim, and you work with your adjuster and carrier on the reimbursement side. We provide all documentation needed to support your claim filing. We recommend consulting a licensed public adjuster or attorney if you need claims advocacy or settlement negotiation.

For the Home Scan, payment is collected at booking through Stripe. The $99 flat fee is charged when you confirm your appointment. It is not an insurance-billable service - it is a flat-fee documentation product paid directly by the homeowner.
