Before there was WrightWay, Rob and Debbie Reynolds started their own general contracting business in Ohio in 1985. Focusing primarily on residential construction, Reynolds Ventures, Inc. operated a thriving business in Northeast Ohio. They had a simple philosophy: Provide the highest quality workmanship to its customers. Reynolds Ventures, Inc. (RVI) generated business solely on referrals and strategic partnership.

Over the years, RVI eventually expanded to commercial construction, while still maintaining residential work on high-end custom homes. In 2006, as the economy was having record growth in population, RVI expanded into Florida. With Rob and Debbie’s oldest son, Josh Reynolds, at the helm, their business in Florida began to flourish. By mid-2007, Rob and Debbie, who wanted to focus on the operations in Florida, moved permanently.

As the new company was getting off the ground, the economy was declining fast. RVI started receiving business from local restoration companies in the area that provided emergency services only, a service Reynolds Ventures did not currently offer at that time. However, the Reynolds’ soon saw the opportunity to expand.

In 2009, Rob, Debbie, Josh, and Larry Wright formed WrightWay Emergency Water Removal.  This allowed the Reynolds’ to continue to grow into the restoration industry. Larry Wright’s twenty-five years of experience in the insurance restoration industry (and a passion for customer service) combined with Rob Reynolds’ thirty-year background in the residential/commercial contracting industry led to a fruitful partnership.

Built on a solid foundation of dedication to providing quality workmanship and building services, WrightWay was poised to grow. WrightWay started out as a small restoration company. Its mission was to provide emergency services and restoration to the community with the utmost compassion, professionalism, and quality of construction. Since then, WrightWay and RVI have experienced tremendous growth. Their success is due, in part, to the integrity they take in their work, as well as the great staff of employees who have helped make this company a success.
