WrightWay vs. FP Property Restoration
See how a locally owned SW Florida restoration company compares to FP Property Restoration.
Looking for an FP Property Restoration Alternative in Southwest Florida?
FP Property Restoration is a growing regional company with seven offices across Florida, expanding from Fort Myers into Orlando and Pensacola. If you want a restoration company focused deeply on SW Florida rather than expanding across the state, here is why homeowners choose WrightWay.
Advanced Documentation That Supports Stronger Claims
WrightWay provides Matterport 3D scanning, FAA-licensed drone photography, and timestamped photo reports as standard on every project. This documentation technology creates a visual record : 3D walkthroughs, aerial damage views, and time-stamped progress : that goes well beyond standard photo documentation.
In Florida’s insurance market, thoroughness matters. WrightWay’s 3D scans capture every angle of damage, our drone photography documents roof and exterior conditions that are difficult to photograph from the ground, and timestamped reports create an indisputable timeline of restoration progress. This investment in technology translates directly to stronger documentation for your claim.
Deep SW Florida Focus : Not Spreading Across the State
WrightWay is focused specifically on our 9-county SW Florida service area : a deliberate choice to go deep rather than wide. Our team knows every building code requirement, flood zone consideration, and insurance market nuance in this region. When a company is expanding into new markets, management attention and resources are naturally divided. WrightWay’s entire operation is dedicated to SW Florida.
Healthcare and Commercial Specialization
WrightWay holds ICRA 2.0 certification for healthcare facility restoration and offers a commercial and healthcare Emergency Response Program with free pre-loss Matterport 3D documentation. These specialized capabilities address SW Florida’s growing healthcare sector : hospitals, surgery centers, and medical offices that require strict containment protocols during restoration.
Ready to Experience the WrightWay Difference?
- Matterport 3D, drone, and timestamped documentation : the technology advantage for your claim
- Focused on SW Florida : deep local expertise, not spread across the state
- Licensed GC : mitigation through complete reconstruction
- ICRA 2.0 certified : healthcare restoration with Joint Commission compliance
- Commercial & healthcare ERP : free pre-loss 3D documentation for facilities

Why Local Ownership Matters in Restoration
No Franchise Fees Overhead
National franchises pay 8–10% of revenue in royalties and marketing fees. Those costs get passed to you. As a locally owned company, WrightWay reinvests in equipment, training, and your community.
Decision-Makers On-Site
When issues arise on your project, our owners and project managers are here in SW Florida - not waiting for approval from a corporate office hundreds of miles away.
One Contractor, Start to Finish
Many franchises only handle mitigation and subcontract reconstruction. WrightWay is a licensed building contractor - we handle everything from water extraction through the final coat of paint.
Consistent Quality
Franchise quality varies dramatically by owner. With WrightWay, you get the same certified team, same equipment, and same standards on every project - because there is only one location to manage.
Deep Community Ties
Our team lives and works in the same communities we serve. We understand SW Florida's unique challenges - coastal humidity, hurricane seasons, aging infrastructure, and flood-zone building codes.
Advanced Documentation
We provide Matterport 3D scans, drone photography, and timestamped photo reports - technology most franchise locations simply don't invest in.
Insurance-Claim-Ready Documentation
We provide thorough documentation to support your insurance claim - so you have what you need when you need it.
Xactimate Estimates
We prepare detailed, line-item estimates in Xactimate - the same software insurance companies use - so your documentation is in the format adjusters expect.
Timestamped Photo Reports
Every project phase is documented with timestamped, geotagged photos organized into professional reports you can share with your insurance company.
Moisture & Drying Logs
Daily moisture readings and equipment logs demonstrate the scope and progress of restoration work - documentation that supports the necessity of services performed.
Scope of Work Reports
Detailed written scopes document exactly what damage was found and what work was performed, giving you a complete record for your claim file.
WrightWay provides documentation to support your insurance claim. We are not public adjusters and do not make coverage determinations or negotiate claim settlements on your behalf. We recommend consulting a licensed public adjuster or attorney if you need claims advocacy.

What SW Florida Homeowners Say About WrightWay
We had the best experience with Wrightway! We had a flooding incident from our AC system that seeped into the walls and under the laminate flooring. They were prompt, professional and did a great job drying out and cleaning up everything for us! We also had them do the repairs and we were 100% impressed with their work! Everyone we came in contact with in the office and into our home were respectful and knowledgeable. They worked with us on a great price! We can't say enough about a great experience during a stressful time! A special shout out to Alicia who was great to work with! Thank you all so much!
Verify on Google →Richie Correa with Wright Way was fantastic. He was punctual, efficient and educated me through the whole process of cleaning and sanitizing our air vents. Answered all my questions and was honest and knowledgeable with over 25 years experience. Highly recommend!
Verify on Google →Had a great experience with Wrightway. 3 weeks ago my townhouse had major water intrusion, wet drywall, and water everywhere. The HOA called them at 3pm and by 5pm the crew was onsite with dryers and tearing out the wet drywall. The techs wore shoe covers, were very professional, and made sure to cover and drape unexposed areas. Fernando the project lead called me every other day to keep me updated on the dry out and remediation. The had infrared moisture meters and some pretty high tech stuff. Fernando coordinated with the exterior work to fix the leak, and the interior drywall replacement. I have heard horror stories about remediation companies ripping people off, but this is absolutely not the case with Wrightway. They turned a horrible situation into nothing more than a mild inconvenience. 5 stars for everyone I came in contact with. Great job
