Water Damage Restoration Process

After our technicians have arrived on-site and have begun the drying process, WrightWay works behind the scenes to ensure that you receive the best care possible. Our water technicians will arrive on-site each day and assist with the water extraction, demo, and drying of your home or business. They will also submit materials to your estimator to be matched for replacement.

The most important part of this process is the docmentation of the drying process. A technician will be on-site each day to document moisture readings in your home or business. This information is provided to an estimator.

With every job that comes in, WrightWay assigns a team to your job. Compiled of an estimator, superintendent, and team coordinator, they will handle your job from start to finish. An estimator will come on-site and scope the damage to your property. From there, he will draft an estimate that is provided to your insurance company in order to secure funding for your job. Our estimators will coordinate with your adjuster and/or carrier throughout the process for any inspections or meetings needed. In addition, your superintendent will work with you throughout the water damage restoration process to help schedule repairs and assist you with making selections. Finally, your team coordinator will assist with scheduling with you.
