I had a great experience with Clarence, Josh, and Jeff. Their professionalism, communication and integrity was top notch. Each of them was prompt, thorough, and thoughtful. They treated our repair as though it was their own home. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have!

I called Wrightway for an estimate on a cleanup job. They came out the next day, gave me the estimate, and did the job the next day. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job on the cleanup. I would recommend this company to anyone. And I will use them again if I need to.

I've had to work with Wright Way over the last couple of years, to no fault of theirs, for repairs to our roof. They have been amazing, acknowledging and coming by to check and repair our home. The initial inspections by Joe were very thourough and then all the follow up and drywall repairs done by Clarence and Ken were great! Our place was left tidy and the work done was great! Very happy with their service!

Zackary with Wrightway has been helping to dry out a property I am caring for after storm damage. He has been extremely hard working, professional, thorough and innovative in doing this work! It is so refreshing to see a young man with such an amazing work ethic!

My Wife and I came home Saturday afternoon to find water running out of the garage. Inside the house water was on the floor in most of the ground floor rooms. I shut off the water and called WriteWay who arrived within an hour.
After the initial mopping up and over the course of the next few days Joe and his team worked diligently to dry our home with fans and de humidifiers, removing baseboards, drywall and some cabinets if moisture was found to be present. Joe was a very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional worker and always left our home clean and tidy.
Our office coordinator was Kim who guided us through the insurance claim procedure and was available to answer questions at any time. She was friendly, professional and sympathetic to our needs.
I cannot say enough good things about the WrightWay staff that my wife and I interacted with at WrightWay, they were all very sympathetic, friendly and professional.

WrightWay Emergency Services did an outstanding job getting our unit repaired after an air conditioning leak that caused major damage. We could not be there to monitor the work, but Bridgett Barnes, Scott Conley and Fred McKnight kept us informed, and constantly worked with us to insure us that we would have our

I wanted to share with you the amazing emergency clean up service I received within 1 hour from our HOA making the call for help. Teresa Diaz, Darren Boatwright and Paul did an amazing job. Great teamwork, commitment and amazing service. My adjuster Freddy McKight did an excellent job properly supporting my insurance claim and kept me timely updated during the whole process start to finish. Great job Wrightway Team. Amazing customer service.

Clarence and Csaba did a great job repairing the drywall damage. Excellent customer service workmanship and communication. My walls look great thanks to them.

On Friday afternoon had a pipe break, and flooded home I called Sandi and she got everything moving so fast, Teresa called me right away and speaking with her. Joy Ray came to my home and immediately started helping moving things in my flooded home and Joe, Sean, Chris and Izha immediately started working so hard getting things moving so fast.
Chris came to my home and checked everything.
On Monday, Joe and Lindsey and Tuesday Clint, Lindsey came out and Wednesday Lindsey, Alex and Brandon came out and then Bobby and Adam Allor and everyone just worked their magic and were working tremendously hard, and everyone has been so kind and helpful throughout the process and
Sandi and Annette started creating work orders for everyone including plumbers etc. What an incredible team that Wright Way has in workmanship and kindness when my home and family are going through such a devastating time. I cannot thank each and every one of you enough from the bottom of myself and my family's heart. I look forward to working with the Build back team, Kim called me on Monday and Introduced herself and informed me that her team will work with my adjuster and that Jeremy will be the Estimator and Josh is the Super.

Thank you to all of the WrightWay Team in helping me through one of the most difficult things to face in my lifetime. I gave you all a 5 star even though you all deserve 100 stars. Many thanks to Clarence, Josh, Teresa, Kristen and Elton from Wrightway. They did a fabulous job replacing our kitchen cabinet and repairing our interior drywall. Professional workmanship and very responsive service. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Wish I could leave a ten star review! We had a lift station pump fail and our business (ice cream store) flooded. Wright Way emergency services responded and immediately formulated a plain to remediate the damage, remove the water and the excessive moisture that had already seeped into the wood flooring and trim, all the baseboards both customer facing and in our prep area. From start to finish our experience and results could not have been better.

Our Project Manager Matthew was outstanding! He could not have been nicer or more thorough in his evaluation of our needs and in explaining it so well. This is an extremely well run business that cares about its customers and are experts in the emergency services they provide. In my opinion, there is no need to call anyone else, they are the best.

WrightWay, Freddie and Scott specifically, did a tremendous job with remodeling our house after Hurricane Ian. The house is in even better condition than before the damage and they were very meticulous on making sure all the details and specifics were top notch. They even replaced a subcontractor who provided sub-optimal work and completely redid their work. I highly recommend them for any work,

The Wrightway Emergency Services team has been super prompt at at getting back to us and coming out to our home following a water intrusion issue in our condo. They have responded and followed-up quickly and made us feel that they really care about remedying our water issue. Theresa called me before 6:30am following the previous evening's big rainstorm and resulting water leaks. She dispatched mitigation crews immediately who came out within the hour.
We just had Izah from Wrightway working in our home for the last two days (and he's returning tomorrow also-- on a Sunday.) He has been primarily working at removing wood flooring due to water damage, while also checking on other areas in the home that have been drying out with the help of their machines. Izah has such a positive attitude and is willing to accommodate any specific needs we have while he is here, working. He has been extremely patient as has had to chip away at a ridiculous amount of sticky glue from the original floor installers. My husband and I are impressed with Izah's professionalism and respect for our home by keeping areas neat and insuring that he will not cause any damage as he moves equipment in and out.
We highly recommend Wrightway based on their service for us thus far.

Fast Response to our Emergency - water leaking into our newly remodeled condo through the ceiling from the unit above. Teresa was an Angel - getting a crew to us quickly while patiently listening to my panic (another family emergency was going on at the same time) and all my questions to make sure things were done properly.
The leak was more involved than anticipated, but the crews were there promptly, politely, and carefully on top of things. Time was needed to get things completely dried out (blowers, mold testing, remediation, etc) but once done, Clarence was conscientious about getting the ceiling sheetrock guy to come out and get things done so the job was seamless and expert! Great job! Thank you! I would recommend them with confidence!

IF I could leave 7 stars it still wouldn't be enough for the concern, effort, assistance, planning and quality of work that WrightWay has provided to us! Having been in the fire/rescue emergency services field for over 50 years I have worked with a lot of people who come to aid people in need. WrightWay has exceeded any previous experience in so many ways. While our problem wasn't an "emergency" that had to be done immediately it was a problem that needed to be done promptly for medical benefits. Teresa Diaz was, and I do not use the word loosely, AMAZING in just about every way. She immediately recognized the issue, identified the things that needed to be done, recognized and worked - above and beyond - with budget issues, both time and financial, and made our problems go away. In so many situations scheduling to get things done are a problem, but Clarence called and was always cheerful, respectful and able to help us get the people here at convenient and appropriate times so that the job got done - and done well. From the removal of the dangerous materials, to the repair work done by a firm specializing in fixing our problem, to the final restoration to a finished look by Jeff and Csaba we couldn't be more pleased. We hope we don't ever need such service and assistance again, but if we do, or if you ever do, we know that WrightWay can be counted on to get the job done, and done with the highest quality of service and experiences and with the most incredible values imaginable. A few years ago we had some issues with our roof and Wrightway came out and took care of that which required resealing are flat roof. It was a big job as all the floorboards as there's a deck there had to be taken up and then replaced including the supporting structures. Teresa did a great job orchestrating all of that. Down the road recently we found issues from the original construction that was causing some additional leaking elsewhere. Wrightway once again came out and took care of it. Teresa did a great job answering all our questions and getting things squared away and Clarence and Paul made sure it was all done right including the cleanup. Thank you guys so much.

My experience with Wright Way has been exceptional! Kristen scheduled all of my repair work seamlessly. Clarence came to my condo and gave me a professional evaluation and explained everything thoroughly. The work was expertly done by Josh. He painstakingly did all of my repairs. I recommend Weight Way to all.

I had a very bad leak, in my walk in closet. I was very upset and with the water, and damage to the ceiling. WrightWay was notified and sent two professional workers Clarence and csaba to make it right. They explained the work to be done in a very efficient way that I could comprehend, and I had confidence in the repair. It went without problems, and completed in a few days without any further stress. They even cleaned up after so I required no work at all on my part. I would recommend these workers, and this company to take care of any water damage. I was very please with the finished job.

I was hired to do some work at their home office. Met some Great people, skilled tradesmen , very good attitudes , guidance and leadership - high standards yet realistic too and down to earth - professionalism all the way - top notch experience- deeply caring organization and culture - WrightWay to me has a next level mind set .

Sadly our home flooded and a friend recommended WrightWay to come and do an inspection to see what further work we might need done to ensure we do not have mold growth. The team was able to come out same day. They were so helpful, honest and detailed. Hopefully we never need them again 🙂 but if we do have any other emergency needs I will 100% be using them again.

We were referred to Wrightway from our Condo representative. They were quick to the property to give us an estimate and started right away. Their work was well done, they were easy to communicate with, and sent pictures which were important due to the fact that we reside in Illinois. After talking to Clarence and Logan we were very comfortable giving them access to our property. They even made it look better!!!

This is a recommendation letter for WrightWay Emergency Services. LYNX Services contracted with WrightWay to assist with clean up due to damage caused by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. WrightWay was there promptly to start the cleaning process and completed the process as scheduled. They were very professional and thorough. They were also very helpful in providing recommendations for other services they may not provide but have relationships with vendors, such as generator services.
