I came home on a Saturday afternoon and stepped into water in my living room, also in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Needless to say, I panicked, turned off the water supply and immediately called Darrin Caldwell on his cell phone. He answered right away, even on a Saturday afternoon! I told him my problem and he assured me that he would have someone out within a short time. Not too longer after hanging up from Darrin, I got a call from Teresa verifying my address and telling me that a crew was on their way and would be there shortly. Within an hour Jesse and the team arrived, moved in equipment and sucked up the water as quickly as possible. While in the process—Teresa arrived – she had been out to dinner with friends and stopped by just to see how things were going and to reassure me that everything would be okay! She also gave me the card of a leak detector, Jerry. In the meantime, the “Team” was setting up dehumidifiers and fans to dry the areas out. Then they put down floor covering to prevent me slipping. The next morning—the doorbell rings—it’s Jerry, the leak detector. He said Teresa had called and asked him to come over and check for leaks. In the days that followed, team members came to check on drying process and look for any damages. When everything was dried out they came and removed all equipment.

I can’t express how much I appreciate Darrin’s promptness in getting things started and Teresa’s reassurance and follow-up calls and the professionalism of Jesse and all the guys that were there doing their job. If it wasn’t for Teresa’s kindness and understanding of the stress it caused me, I don’t know what I would have done! Thank you once again to the WrightWay “Dream Team!”
