Social Media Challenge Outline
Purpose:
- Employee Engagement: To encourage employees from all departments (office, mitigation, repair) to actively engage in showcasing the company’s work.
- Brand Awareness: To increase Wrightway Emergency Services’ visibility and brand reputation online.
Eligibility:
- All employees of Wrightway Emergency Services are eligible to participate.
- Posts must be work-related and must adhere to company policies and privacy laws.

Incentives:
- Best Submission: $50.00 weekly
- First Submission: $25.00 weekly
Submission Guidelines:
- All submissions must be sent weekly by this submission form.
- Submissions should include a brief description and/or caption.
Judging Criteria:
- Relevance to the weekly theme
- Creativity and originality
- Quality of content (photo/video clarity, audio, etc.)
- Compliance with safety and privacy regulations
Announcement of Winners:
- Winners will be announced every Monday during a team meeting.
- Winning content will be posted on the company’s social media platforms.
