Social Media Challenge Outline


  1. Employee Engagement: To encourage employees from all departments (office, mitigation, repair) to actively engage in showcasing the company’s work.
  2. Brand Awareness: To increase Wrightway Emergency Services’ visibility and brand reputation online.


  • All employees of Wrightway Emergency Services are eligible to participate.
  • Posts must be work-related and must adhere to company policies and privacy laws.

  • First Submission: $25.00 weekly

Submission Guidelines:

  1. All submissions must be sent weekly by this submission form.
  2. Submissions should include a brief description and/or caption.

Judging Criteria:

  1. Relevance to the weekly theme
  2. Creativity and originality
  3. Quality of content (photo/video clarity, audio, etc.)
  4. Compliance with safety and privacy regulations

Announcement of Winners:

  • Winners will be announced every Monday during a team meeting.
  • Winning content will be posted on the company’s social media platforms.
