Emergency Water Cleanup in Fort Myers, FL
We handle urgent water cleanup in Fort Myers with truck-mounted extractors and immediate stabilization protocols.
Emergency Water Mitigation for Fort Myers Properties
Active water spreading through your Fort Myers property needs a fast crew, not a callback. WrightWay dispatches with extraction gear and containment materials for immediate stabilization.
Properties near Downtown River District, Caloosahatchee River, and Edison & Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers need fast water removal when active leaks or flooding are still in progress, before moisture reaches hidden cavities. We use documented field notes, photo records, and daily progress tracking to keep the project moving cleanly.
Because WrightWay is a licensed Florida contractor, your Fort Myers project can move from emergency mitigation into reconstruction without handing the job off to a second company.
Fast extraction in Fort Myers is critical for historic 1910s to 1920s downtown and bungalow homes, riverfront and canal-front estates with private docks, mid-century neighborhoods, and modern commercial and multifamily buildings because Caloosahatchee River frontage in FEMA AE and VE zones west of McGregor Boulevard, early-1900s historic homes and canal-access waterfront properties, and the Hurricane Ian surge that hit older riverside neighborhoods in 2022, and standing water can move into hidden cavities faster than most owners realize.
What Emergency Water Cleanup Includes
Emergency cleanup focuses on stopping active spread, removing water quickly, and setting the property up for a controlled drying plan before secondary damage grows.
Rapid Dispatch
Live after-hours dispatch and staged crews help us mobilize quickly when a pipe bursts, an appliance line fails, or flooding is still active.
High-Volume Extraction
We use truck-mounted and portable extraction tools to remove water from floors, padding, contents, and low spots throughout the structure.
Immediate Stabilization
Containment, material protection, safety checks, and emergency demolition can begin right away if water has moved beyond surface finishes.
Drying Setup
Cleanup transitions into structural drying with monitored equipment placement, humidity control, and a documented drying strategy.
Common Causes of Emergency Water Cleanup in Fort Myers
These are some of the issues we see most often when owners call for emergency water cleanup in Fort Myers.
Plumbing and Appliance Failures
Supply-line breaks, water heater leaks, toilet overflows, and laundry or dishwasher failures are common reasons Fort Myers owners call for immediate cleanup.
Storm-Driven Roof and Window Leaks
Florida storms can force water past roofing details, window assemblies, and exterior doors, especially where Caloosahatchee River frontage in FEMA AE and VE zones west of McGregor Boulevard, early-1900s historic homes and canal-access waterfront properties, and the Hurricane Ian surge that hit older riverside neighborhoods in 2022.
HVAC and Hidden Moisture Issues
Condensate backups, line-set leaks, and wet wall cavities can keep moisture trapped behind finishes long after the first visible damage appears.
Fort Myers Emergency Factors
Active water events across historic 1910s to 1920s downtown and bungalow homes, riverfront and canal-front estates with private docks, mid-century neighborhoods, and modern commercial and multifamily buildings near Downtown River District, Caloosahatchee River, and Edison & Ford Winter Estates escalate quickly because Caloosahatchee River frontage in FEMA AE and VE zones west of McGregor Boulevard, early-1900s historic homes and canal-access waterfront properties, and the Hurricane Ian surge that hit older riverside neighborhoods in 2022, making rapid local response critical.

What Fort Myers Customers Say
We had the best experience with Wrightway! We had a flooding incident from our AC system that seeped into the walls and under the laminate flooring. They were prompt, professional and did a great job drying out and cleaning up everything for us! We also had them do the repairs and we were 100% impressed with their work! Everyone we came in contact with in the office and into our home were respectful and knowledgeable. They worked with us on a great price! We can't say enough about a great experience during a stressful time! A special shout out to Alicia who was great to work with! Thank you all so much!
Verify on Google →Richie Correa with Wright Way was fantastic. He was punctual, efficient and educated me through the whole process of cleaning and sanitizing our air vents. Answered all my questions and was honest and knowledgeable with over 25 years experience. Highly recommend!
Verify on Google →Had a great experience with Wrightway. 3 weeks ago my townhouse had major water intrusion, wet drywall, and water everywhere. The HOA called them at 3pm and by 5pm the crew was onsite with dryers and tearing out the wet drywall. The techs wore shoe covers, were very professional, and made sure to cover and drape unexposed areas. Fernando the project lead called me every other day to keep me updated on the dry out and remediation. The had infrared moisture meters and some pretty high tech stuff. Fernando coordinated with the exterior work to fix the leak, and the interior drywall replacement. I have heard horror stories about remediation companies ripping people off, but this is absolutely not the case with Wrightway. They turned a horrible situation into nothing more than a mild inconvenience. 5 stars for everyone I came in contact with. Great job
